DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

Deadline for submission of entries is on October 15, 2014, 11:59PM date and time based on Creative Programs Inc. (CPI) official time when entry is received by the official promo website.

WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN?

Regular employees, contractuals, talents, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity of the following:

• Creative Programs Inc. (CPI) and all its subsidiaries including interaction service provider Digital Media Division
• Corporate Sponsors and all its subsidiaries and media agencies.

Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor or advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promotion are likewise disqualified.

HOW TO JOIN

Tune in to Lifestyle Network from September 5 to October 15, 2014 and get a chance to be part of Lifestyle Network’s Family Shopping Race and All-Girl Getaway Viewer Promo. To submit a valid entry, viewer-participant must log on to www.lifestylenetwork.com.ph/agg and answer the question, “Why you and your girlfriends deserve a getaway?” with the complete details as stated in the promomechanics. Lifestyle Network will select top three (3) entries to battle it out in a one-day shopping race on October 26, 2014 at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.

Only one (1) valid entry per person will be allowed. Multiple entries from one person will not be allowed. A prompt from the promo website will pop out in the screen if one participant has attempted to join the promo again.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

The entries will be judged on October 16, 2014, 5PM based on the following criteria:

ESSENCE OF THE STORY	60%
APPEAL AND PERSONALITY	25%
LIFESTYLE NETWORK INCORPORATION	15%

The top three entries will compete in the shopping race.

Shopping Race Challenge:

• Shopping Race challenges can be co-branded and skewed towards the brand’s equity.
• The challenges will be arranged in such a way that the three groups will not do the same challenge simultaneously.
• The shopping race challenge will involve fashion, retail and food brands within the mall.
• Should a brand require a challenge in-store, brand will arrange for the permit and expenses. Marketing will only secure permit for the selected event area (i.e. Main Activity Area or Event Hall).
• Should a certain brand challenge require purchase, brand will shoulder production cost.
• All shopping race challenges will be subject to mall/venue/merchant approval.
• Every challenge will earn a freebie/prize.

PRIZES

The Grand Prize shall consist of:

• Roundtrip economy-class airfare for three (3) inclusive of travel tax and terminal fees.
• Standard Room Accommodations at Balesin Island, Quezon Province for three (3) days, and two (2) nights.
• Three (3) days standard Travel Insurance Coverage for three within the duration of the trip. Travel date is November 28-30, 2014.
• The winner on the shopping race should coordinate with the Lifestyle Network representative on how they will receive their plane tickets and travel kits. There shall be no rebate on fare based on actual airfare cost should the winner choose to take other means of transportation to and from Balesin Island, Quezon Province for the duration of the travel.

All prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10, 000) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which shall be shouldered by Creative Programs Inc.

VALIDATION OF ENTRIES AND NOTIFICATION OF SHOPPING RACE PARTICIPANTS

Only entries with complete answers and complete contact details submitted on or before the cut-off date and time: October 15, 2014, 11:59PM will be considered valid, and from all the valid entries, three (3) entries with the highest scores based on the criteria for judging (provided in Section 9) will be shortlisted. These three (3) entries (each entry representing one group) will compete in the shopping race to be held at SM Megamall Fashion Hall on October 26, 2014.

Creative Programs Inc. representatives, witnessed by a DTI representative will judge and score all the valid entries on October 16, 2014 5:00PM at the Creative Programs Inc. office, 8F Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Mother Ignacia Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

The top three (3) entries that will participate in the shopping race will be notified by an authorized Creative Programs Inc. representative via phone, e-mail and registered mail, or both; that their entries were selected and later on that, upon validation, were declared as the top three (3) shortlisted entries on October 16, 2014. Instructions on how to proceed for the Shopping Race shall be given through phone, e-mail and registered mail on the same day.

Upon verification of the top three (3) entries, prior the shopping race, person claiming to be one of the top three (3) entries, together with her companion must bring the following documents for verification purposes:

• A printout (screen shot) of the e-mail and actual registered mail of notification
• Photocopy of barangay certification(s)/proof of residence showing compliance with residency requirement
• Present any of the following valid IDs: School I.D., Driver’s
• License, SSS, TIN, and other government issued I.D., or Passport

The person claiming to be one of the top three (3) entries must present the following to the authorized Creative Programs Inc. representative on October 17, 2014 at the Creative Programs Inc. office, 8F Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Mother Ignacia Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

The participants must be available to travel on November 28-30, 2014.

Name/s of declared top three (3) entries that will compete in the shopping race will be announced on October 17, 2014 on Lifestyle Network.

No text notification will be sent to the participants advising him/her that he/she is one of the top three (3) entries.

The participants shall solely bear all costs and expenses relating to, arising from or connected with, the requirement to present the necessary documentation on the said validation schedule stated above.

All expenses related to the claiming, availing or enjoying of the prizes not provided for herein are the sole responsibility of the participants including, but not limited to, hotel accommodations, carrier surcharges, service charges, local transportation, insurance, meals, beverages, incidental charges and gratuities outside of the official itinerary of the trip.

Travel Coverage is from NAIA International Airport in Manila to Balesin Island, Quezon Province and back.

Roundtrip tickets and accommodations are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, bus and/or sea travel (as the case may be) and lodging merchants

Grand prize is not transferable but is convertible to cash.

The approved top three (3) entries who will participate in the shopping race is given until October 17, 2014 to inform Creative Programs, Inc., if he/she and his/her companion can join the shopping race on the given date, so as to give the Creative Programs Inc. enough time to adjust to the changes and make the necessary arrangements as the case may be.

The participants authorize ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Creative Programs Inc., to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Creative Programs Inc., to any person/s and in any mode or manner as ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Creative Programs Inc. may deem appropriate.

HOW TO CLAIM

The person claiming to be one of the top three (3) entries must present the following to the authorized Creative Programs Inc. representative on October 17, 2014 at the Creative Programs Inc. office, 8F Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center, Mother Ignacia Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Participants represent and warrant that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by its complete rules and regulations.
• Participants will retain copyright and ownership of their entries. However by submitting their photos, participants hereby agree to grant ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliate an exclusive, royalty-free license to use the same.
• ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates have the exclusive right to reproduce and circulate the photos submitted, and to use, copy, publish, and distribute the photos submitted for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without having to consult the composer or to provide any compensation thereof.

• The person who submits the photos warrants that she is the sole author and owner of the material, copyright thereon and of all rights therein; that there exists no adverse claim to or in the work; that neither the composition or any party thereof is a copy of any other work; that neither the work or any part thereof infringes upon the copyright or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation anywhere in the world.
• ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to block, remove, or disqualify communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another or (d) violates any law or regulation or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates at their sole discretion.
• ABS-CBN disclaims any liability for failure to receive or acknowledge entries arising from force majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, wars or other disturbances, labor unrest, or other causes beyond its control.
• ABS-CBN shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death by bearer of the gift certificate prizes and companion during the trip.
• ABS-CBN reserves the right to amend the rules and revise the mechanics with BFAD’s approval.
